Road Runner Vehicle Transports (MC #1151143-B, USDOT #3494344) is a federally licensed and bonded auto transport broker. We arrange vehicle shipping by matching customers with independent, FMCSA-authorized motor carriers. Our address is 601 N Federal Hwy, Suite 301 #AV14, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009. This policy explains what we collect on this website, why, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you request a quote, we collect the details needed to price and arrange your shipment:
- Your name, email address, and phone number.
- Pickup and delivery location (ZIP code or city).
- Vehicle year, make, model, and type.
- Transport type (open or enclosed) and whether the vehicle is operable.
- Preferred ship date and any notes you add.
Information collected automatically
- Cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and marketing/attribution cookies (see “Cookies and your choices” below).
- Standard technical data such as your browser, device type, referring page, and the pages you view.
- Site analytics, including Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) and Microsoft Clarity. Clarity may capture session recordings and heatmaps of how you interact with pages — this is used to improve the site, and it is only enabled when you allow analytics cookies.
- Call tracking and call recording. If you call a number shown on this site, we may use CallRail to track which marketing brought you to us and to record the call for quality and training. Call tracking runs only when you allow marketing cookies. Where required, calls include a recording notice.

We may still send you messages necessary to service an active shipment.
Who we share it with
- Carriers. To arrange transport, we share the details necessary to complete your shipment (pickup and delivery information, vehicle details, and your contact information) with the FMCSA-authorized motor carrier assigned to your move.
- Service providers. Companies that help us run the business — website hosting, our database, text-message delivery, analytics, and call tracking — may process your information on our behalf.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.

Children
This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
